Podiatry, Surgery and Medicine of the Foot and Ankle, and Sports Medicine
Dr. Zboinski joined Seaport Orthopaedic Associates as Medical Director of Seaport Podiatry in 1997. He is a podiatrist who specializes in surgery and medicine of the foot and ankle. He has special interest in sports medicine and sports related injuries.
Dr. Zboinski is currently Chief of Podiatric Surgery at New York Downtown Hospital. He is responsible for inpatient consultation and emergency room coverage. Additionally, he has privileges at Beth Israel Medical Center, Vassar Brothers Hospital in Poughkeepsie, NY and at the Fishkill Ambulatory Surgery Center in Fishkill, NY.
Dr. Zboinski earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. Following graduation he completed a residency in podiatric Orthopaedics through the United States Veterans' Administration at the FDR VA in Montrose, New York. Dr. Zboinski then completed a two year podiatric surgical residency (PSR-24) through the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and affiliated hospitals. During his last year Dr. Zboinski served as Chief Resident in Podiatric Surgery at New York Downtown Hospital; an affiliate of the New York Presbyterian Healthcare System. He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and currently a member of the New York State Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Zboinski is Board Certified in Foot Surgery and Board Qualified in reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
