The following positions are currently being recruited for:
Registration Coordinator
Registers patients and processes related paperwork. Duties include interviewing patients, preparing standard registration forms, and performing other admission or patient related tasks. Must be knowledgeable in all forms of insurance especially worker's compensation and no-fault insurance.
Medical Assistant
Interviews patients to obtain medical history and description of medical complaint. Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients. Must have a MA license.
Medical Records Clerk
Organizes and electronically files medical records. Responsible for retrieving medical records when requested.
Accounting Clerk
Open mail and batch check payments for posting. Prepare receipts for bank deposit. Process vendor invoices for payment. Maintains accurate and timely filing of all documents. Monitors Vendor discount opportunities. Assists in the resolution of purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation. Maintains cancelled check and paid vendor invoice files. Assists with company HR functions, time.
File Clerk
Sorts and distributes incoming and inter-company mail. Prepares documents and boxes for off site archiving. Runs errands as needed.
